Job Site Analysis is a formal, on-site assessment of the specific physical demands required to perform a given job.

Job Analysis is a systematic study of jobs performed at the job site to help describe knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics necessary for job performance. With the use of different tools it helps to identify and establish essential functions, physical demands, and environmental, behavioral and cognitive aspects of a job. The purpose of job analysis is to establish and document the ‘job relatedness’ of employment procedures.
